Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made on the day of the appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be charged. In the case of a no-show, the full cost of the service will be charged. In the event the card on file is not accepted for late cancellation or no show appointments, the balance of your missed service will go on your account. We require that all clients pay their account balance before receiving future services.


Tardiness

We ask that you arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early to your appointment. If you are running late please notify us. If you are more than 15 minutes late we have the right to reschedule your appointment and you are considered a no show and will be charged.


Gift Certificates & Vouchers

Gift certificates are non-refundable.


Payment & Refunds

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, store gift certificates as well as Apple Pay and flexible payments through Vagaro for your utmost convenience. However, we do not accept checks. Payment is required at the end of every service. While we do not provide refunds for services performed, we do offer the option to return for an alternative service if an allergic reaction occurs to your lash extensions.
